Following high school, he joined the U.S. Army and deployed to Iraq, where he drove a “gun truck” that provided security for supply convoys delivering supplies to the front lines. The intense operational demands refined Dustin’s composure in crisis and his ability to tackle complex problems head-on. Those lessons now anchor his approach to injury law, enabling him to navigate high-pressure scenarios with steady resolve.
Upon completing his military service, Dustin earned his law degree from Washburn University School of Law, motivated by a desire to represent disadvantaged and downtrodden. He co-established Biesterveld & Crook Injury Attorneys with a deliberate emphasis on car and truck accident injury claims, understanding that concentrated expertise yields superior results.
