Four Court Victories in One Week for Biesterveld & Crook, LLC

A Johnson County judge ruled in favor of a Biesterveld & Crook, LLC client and against one of the largest banks in America, following a trial to enforce a settlement agreement between the bank and the client. The bank argued there was no settlement agreement. However, the Court sided with attorney Dustin Crook and ruled that an enforceable settlement agreement had been reached by the parties.

After a four-day divorce trial in Jackson County, Missouri, Mr. Biesterveld received a ruling in favor of his client. The ruling allows Mr. Biesterveld’s client to maintain primary custody of her child in the state of Missouri, despite the opposing party and the Guardian ad Litem arguing for the child to move out of state with the opposing party.

At an emergency hearing, attorney Caleb Biesterveld fought for the return of a 10-month old baby who had been taken from their mother after a bogus report to state social workers. The Court issued a ruling in favor of Mr. Biesterveld’s client by ordering the child be returned to their mother immediately.

Following an adult guardianship trial, Mr. Biesterveld received a ruling in favor of his client. The ruling allows Mr. Biesterveld’s client to transfer the adult ward out of state to reside primarily with Mr. Biesterveld’s client.
